Yes, it is a possibility that something new will come up for EoHs but still, breifly skimming the new items page there ain't many items fitting to be traded for them. People who only do 5 and 10 mans shouldn't have access to 25 man content. It's only logical that, if some person is able to get ilvl gear, they should be able to buy ilvl gear. The entrance to any raid content should be designed as follows: don't cross the charges while avoiding void zones, do the Heigan dance while staying 10 yards away from each other, play frogger while avoiding lava waves, and hide behind an ice block while not falling down the elevator from serpentshrine before you can get into any 25 man content.

If the items bought with the Emblems of Heroism are bind to account, and you can freely trade them between your characters, does that mean that they can be traded from from horde to Alliance on the same server, and thus, can they be traded from server to server.

So you can't mail items that are BoA from one faction to another even if you're on a PvE server. Also BoA transferring is limited to the same realm.

You can't mail cross realms so the only way you can get it to another realm is to transfer the character with the item to another realm. Comment by This might sound like a low level question but when you purchase something with badges i assume the badges are consumed?

If not, wouldn't it be wise to stop doing heroics until 3. After the patch goes through, if you need 60 emblem of Valors for the bracers but only have 55, you can buy the 5 EoV with EoC. Same thing with buying EoHeroism. An upgrade is an upgrade, and might as well continue doing heroics if you need it.
