Gpa how many decimal places resume

My bschool is pretty stringent on rounding rules. We're technically not allowed to round a 3. For me, I only ever rounded up if it was.

I think a 3. More importantly though is keeping the number of decimals consistent. And I think its even more so if you are hovering around the bottom cut-off GPA question - Better to put 2 decimal places?

Hey guys, people generally say it's better to put 2 decimal places. Should I still do that if I have exactly a 3.
