Un-checking "Work Offline" did not help. I tried turning cached mode off and on - no change. I tried scanpst on his pst and ost files - errors repaired but no change to the problem.

I tried upgrading from Office to Office and the fault persisted - still stuck offline. Something is stuck between Outlook and the server - can someone help with that please?
